Essential cookies
The portal uses essential first-party session cookies for login, CSRF protection, form security and authenticated admin or agent workflows.
These cookies are necessary for the service to work safely and are not used for advertising.
- Session cookie: keeps an authenticated admin or agent session active for the configured session lifetime.
- CSRF/session security: supports form integrity, login security and anti-abuse workflows.
- Cookie banner preference: stores whether the visitor has acknowledged this cookie notice for 6 months.
Session-only inquiry prefill
After a public inquiry is sent successfully, the browser stores only the chosen method and contact value in first-party session storage. This allows the Contact Agent popup to be prefilled for another property during the same browser tab/session.
The prefill does not use a persistent cookie and is not stored as a server-side visitor profile. It is removed when the tab/session ends or when the visitor clears site data.
Free-text notes, messages, selected property details and sensitive listing data are never included in this session prefill.

Saved properties on this device
When a visitor selects Save on a property card, the portal stores only the numeric listing identifier in first-party browser local storage. No name, contact detail, message or agency data is included.
Saved property identifiers remain on that browser and are not sent to the portal as a saved-property profile. Selecting Saved again removes the identifier; clearing site data removes the complete list.

Analytics and security
Current analytics are first-party server-side events for listing views, search impressions and contact clicks. IP addresses, user agents and daily session identifiers are stored as privacy hashes rather than raw visitor profiles.
Security and rate-limit records are used to prevent abuse, protect login forms and reduce spam inquiries.
External content
Listing photos are served by the portal after controlled upload or controlled server-side import. Source photo pages used during import are not embedded in the public frontend.
Google Maps is currently provided as an outbound static link only; no interactive map or Google Maps script is embedded by the portal at this stage.
Managing cookies
Visitors can control cookies and browser storage through browser settings. The banner acknowledgement is stored for 6 months and can be reset by clearing browser cookies for this site; saved properties use local storage, while inquiry prefill uses session storage only.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, forms, contact submissions and dashboard features from working correctly.

Future changes
If non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or similar third-party technologies are added later, the portal should ask for a separate, clear and revocable consent before enabling them where required.
The cookie list and privacy notice must be updated before those tools are deployed.
